When?
As soon as you become aware of the situation and request a replacement.
Where / who?
For a CEI, the application may be submitted at any SPCEP; for a CIS, at the SPCEP for your domicile or residence.
What to prepare?
The documents you have that prove your identity, civil status and domicile, plus the documents required for the new type of identity document.
What to check?
Loss, theft or destruction are grounds for issuing a new identity document. If you cannot provide all required documents, check separately whether you qualify for a temporary identity card.
