2. Apply to record the transfer of ownership of the vehicle.
After acquiring the vehicle, within the statutory deadline that applies to recording the transfer.
The competent public community service for driving licences and vehicle registration / the available DGPCI service.
Vehicle documents, proof of acquisition and the other documents required for recording the transfer.
DGPCI has a separate service for “Vehicle transfer (registered in Romania)”; the required documents and any number plates depend on the specific situation.
