1. Check the standard retirement age and contributory period that apply to your date of birth before submitting the pension application.
Before submitting the application; check the current phase-in schedule in Annex no. 5 to Law no. 360/2023.
Territorial pension house / available CNPP channel.
Identity documents and, where applicable, evidence of contribution/employment periods that are not already recorded.
The law sets a standard retirement age of 65 years for women and men, a minimum contributory period of 15 years and a full contributory period of 35 years, but these values are reached according to the phase-in schedule in Annex no. 5; check your date of birth.

2. Submit the pension application using the appropriate official form.
When the conditions are met; the timing of the application can affect the date from which entitlement is granted.
