2. If you are applying for a temporary residence permit in Poland, submit the application in person no later than the last day of your legal stay.

3. After moving into an address in Poland, complete the meldunek registration if the obligation applies to your stay.

For a non-EU/EFTA national who is not a family member of an EU/EFTA citizen, generally no later than the 4th day after moving in; specific rules depend on residence status.

The commune or city office competent for the address.

What to prepare?

Passport, residence document, and proof of right to the premises/owner's confirmation.

4. Arrange the insurance required for your residence procedure and check on what basis you will be covered by Polish health insurance.
