1. If, as an EU/EEA or Swiss citizen, you stay in Poland for more than 3 months, register your residence with the competent voivode.
When?
Submit the application in person no later than the day after 3 months have elapsed since entering Poland.
Where / who?
The voivode competent for your place of stay; the case is handled by the relevant voivodeship office.
What to prepare?
Application form and documents confirming the basis for your stay, e.g., employment, business activity, studies, or sufficient funds and health insurance.
What to check?
Residence registration is separate from address registration (meldunek). An EU citizen may work in Poland without a work permit.
