2 tasks in suggested order
1. Decide from when, and if applicable until when, you are suspending activity; you can record the suspension in the Trade Register.
Upon suspension of trade activity.
Trade Licensing Office; information can be forwarded from there to the Tax Office, the Social Security Administration, and the health insurance company.
Change notification form and details regarding the entrepreneur and the suspended activity.
Notification to the Trade Licensing Office is voluntary and cannot be recorded retroactively; the start date cannot precede delivery of the notice.

2. Separately check mandatory notifications to social security, your health insurer and, where relevant, the tax office; the change form can forward them for you.
When self-employment is actually suspended.
Social Security, health insurer and depending on the tax situation the tax office; a change form through the Trade Licensing Office can be used.
Business ID, entrepreneur details, suspension date and information required by each institution.
Recording a suspension in the Trade Register does not by itself mean all social, health and tax obligations are completed.
