I am terminating my self-employed activity
2 tasks in suggested order
1. Notify the social security authority of the termination of self-employment.
No later than the 8th day of the calendar month following the month of termination (according to official procedure).
Relevant social security administration / electronically.
Notification stating the termination date.
After the activity ends, the obligation to submit an annual summary report for the relevant year remains.

2. Notify the health insurance company of the start/termination of self-employment.
Within 8 days of the relevant event (according to official procedure).
Your health insurance company; in some cases involving a trade license, the Trade Licensing Office may be used.
