When?
Report the closure within 7 days of actually ceasing business operations.
Where / who?
Via CEIDG online (Biznes.gov.pl), in person at the city/municipal office, or by mail.
What to prepare?
CEIDG-1 application and entrepreneur's details; a signature must be notarized for applications submitted by mail.
What to check?
Removal from CEIDG does not always end every obligation. Separately check tax settlements, VAT, contributions and record-keeping duties after closing the business.
