1. Submit an electronic application to ZUS for 800+ for the relevant benefit period.
When?
For the 2026/2027 period running from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027, applications are accepted from 1 February 2026. An application submitted by 30 June 2026 gives entitlement from the start of the period; after that date, entitlement generally starts from the month of application.
Where / who?
ZUS — electronically only, through PUE/eZUS or mZUS, Emp@tia, or online banking.

What to check?
800+ is PLN 800 per month for each child until age 18, regardless of family income. The benefit-period dates change and must be kept up to date from the official source.
