2. Request replacement of a lost, stolen or destroyed driving licence through the available official procedure.
Together with the report or afterwards.
Magyarország.hu or the authority responsible for driving-licence matters.
Identification details requested in the procedure and, where necessary, information on medical fitness.
A new medical examination is not automatically required for every replacement; the recorded validity data and the type of case determine what is needed.
