The change should be reported in connection with the actual move of the business location; any permits required at the new location must be in place before regulated activity starts there.

If the establishment remains in the same municipality, a trade re-registration is generally sufficient. If it moves to another municipality, the trade must be registered at the new location; depending on the portal process, the old location is deregistered as part of this or must be checked separately.

Have identification and business data, the new business address and any documents required for licensed or supervised activities ready.

If the business is entered in the commercial register, changes to the registered office or business address may also have to be filed there. The tax office, social-insurance bodies and accident-insurance association may also need to be informed.
