2. Decide whether you only want to be registered as a job seeker (zájemce), or whether you meet the conditions and want to be registered as an unemployed job applicant (uchazeč).

Uchazeč: Labour Office contact point for the administrative district of your residence. Zájemce: you may contact any Labour Office branch in Czechia.
Information about your employment situation and documents required for the selected service.
Zájemce and uchazeč are different statuses and do not create the same rights or duties.

3. Use job placement, counselling and the Labour Office's current public services according to your status.
While looking for work.

4. If you want formal registration as an uchazeč, submit the employment-placement application through the current official route.
When you want formal uchazeč registration.
Uchazeč: Labour Office office according to residence; the current electronic route can also be used where available for the filing.

If you also want unemployment support, that is a linked benefit branch, not the same thing as job search.
