3 tasks in suggested order
1. First identify what you need: disability card, parking card, cash compensation, personal assistance or other support.
When a long-term health condition limits functioning and you need a specific form of support.

2. If the support requires an integrated assessment, apply and provide the medical and social documentation.
Before claiming support that depends on an integrated assessment.

3. After assessment, apply for the specific benefit, card or service supported by the assessment result.
After the relevant assessment is issued or when the specific procedure allows it.
Labour Office, municipality/self-governing region or another competent authority depending on the support.

Each support measure has its own conditions; an assessment does not automatically grant all benefits.
