1. Register a new company for tax
A new company needs a CRO number before tax registration. Register the relevant taxes with Revenue; company registrations can include Corporation Tax, Employer PAYE, VAT and RCT using the applicable ROS/eRegistration or TR2 route.
When?
A company incorporated or beginning a trading activity in Ireland must also give Revenue a Statement of Particulars (Form 11F CRO) within 30 days after it begins trading.

What to prepare?
PPSN/CRO number, business address/activity/start date and tax details.
What to check?
Once registered, company tax payments and returns are filed online through ROS. Directors’ salaries and fees are operated through PAYE.
