1. Find new training after dropout
After leaving vocational training, use career counselling and official training-place searches to find a new company or occupation. If no place is immediately available, a BvB or introductory training (EQ) may bridge the gap depending on your situation.
As soon as it is clear that the current training will end; if possible, start searching before the final training day.
Career counselling at the Employment Agency, the Federal Employment Agency training-place search and, depending on the occupation, IHK/HWK.
School certificates and information on the previous education pathway.
Many companies recruit early, but places can remain open after the usual start date. Therefore seek placement help even for a late change and check bridging options.
