In a shared flat, only one broadcasting contribution is generally paid per dwelling. If another resident already pays, the others use that person's contribution number for allocation.
When?
When moving into the shared flat, or when the person who has been paying moves out.

What to prepare?
Address, move-in date and, if someone already pays, that person's contribution number.
What to check?
The contribution number belongs to the person who pays, not to the dwelling. If that person moves out, one of the remaining residents must register the dwelling in their own name.
